Five brands join EASL partner roster ahead of Final Four

Deals agreed with Philippine Airlines, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, TikTok, Anta and McDonald’s

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, HONG KONG SAR – Five blue-chip brands have signed partnerships with the East Asia Super League ahead of the season-ending Final Four in the Philippines on March 8-10.

Deals have been agreed with Philippines Airlines, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, global social media platform TikTok, sportswear giant Anta, and McDonald’s in the quick-serve restaurant (QSR) category.

They join existing partner Spalding as EASL puts the finishing touches on this week’s Final Four in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Philippine Airlines, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, and TikTok have been signed in the Official Partner sponsorship category. Anta, McDonald’s and Spalding are Product Partners, supplying the EASL Final Four event with sportswear, food and beverages, and basketballs, respectively.

Under the TikTok partnership, EASL is inviting basketball fans to join the #IntroChallenge on TikTok in the month of March. Fans are invited to post their best player callout “duet” alongside EASL’s official challenge video for a chance to win special prizes. Fans must use #BallForAll and #IntroChallenge in the video and follow @EASLofficial in order to qualify.

The historic, first-ever EASL Final Four officially starts this Thursday, March 7, with the Opening Press Conference at 11 a.m. at the Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort. The press conference will also be streamed live on EASL’s YouTube channel.

All Final Four games are being played at the newly refurbished Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City.

The Final Four semifinals take place on March 8, with Seoul SK Knights (Korean Basketball League) vs. Anyang Jung Kwan Jang Red Boosters (Korean Basketball League) tipping off at 5 p.m. (Philippines time), followed by Chiba Jets (B.LEAGUE) vs. New Taipei Kings (P. LEAGUE+) at 8 p.m.

The semifinals will determine who plays on Sunday, March 10 in the Third Place Game (4 p.m.) and Championship Game (7 p.m.).

Tickets for the Final Four are on sale now at www.TicketMAX.ph.

The EASL Final Four games will be broadcast and streamed live around the world by EASL’s partner media platforms: Cignal TV’s One Sports and One Sports+ channels in the Philippines; U-NEXT in Japan; SPOTV and SPOTV NOW in Korea and across Southeast Asia; Videoland in Taiwan; Zhibo8, NetEase, Jinan TV, and others in China; and on Courtside 1891 and EASL’s Facebook account in other markets.
